Borrowers are responsible for materials damaged or lost while on loan. All cases should be reported immediately to the Library. The minimum replacement fee for each lost or damaged item is the cost of the material plus a processing fee of Rs 200. A borrower may replace lost or damaged materials with copies acceptable to the library.
